Farscape Season 2 improves on the concept of the first season, and expands further on the main storyline that now finally can unravel and reach full potential in following seasons. A new super villain is introduced at the end of season 1, and the show is not set. At least half of episodes in the this season are following main story line and that's biggest change from the season 1. Here is what other important changes from the first season are.

Everyone has heard of the famous detective Sherlock Holmes, created by the sir Arthur Connan Doyle over a century ago. And since then, many movies were made. And in 1984 Granada TV Production started working on the TV series that premiered on ITV same year. Over the next 10 years they made 51 episode divided into several seasons and television movies. And in episodes, in role of iconic Sherlock Holmes was Jeremy Brett.

A decade ago, CSI: Las Vegas has aired for the first time it was very unique kind of show bringing forensic sciences to mainstreams TV. And, due to enormous success, many more similar shows were created over the years. One of them is Bones. Bones is based on the works and novels of real forensic anthropologist Kathy Reichs, and is set in fictional Jeffersonian Institute in Washington DC. So, why this show is different from CSI?

When the Lost aired for the first time, I wasn't very interested in watching it. The reason for that was enormous hype surrounding this show, and that's almost always a bad thing in my experience. But when the season 3 started airing, I decided to give Lost a chance. And I was completely blown away. From the very first episode, Lost is one of the shows you simply must see. This show is a blend of crime, mystery, fiction and romance.

Stargate SG-1 is longest running sci-fi show in the history, and it's started with the pilot episode called Children of the Gods. Now, 12 years later, show creators decided to re-cut this iconic episode and release it again. Basically, this is the same episode as the one aired originally with new special effects, some scenes removed, and few scenes added back. Intention was to fix some of the story related problems and give this episode the better look.

I have watched Farscape for the first time in 2004. And from back then, this unique science fiction show remains my favorite TV show ever. Even if you try, you can not really compare Farscape to any other sci-fi show, it's truly unique. Farscape is Australian show financed by the American SciFi channel (now SyFy channel). Show is created by Rockne S. O'Bannon and produced by Jim Henson Production and Hallmark Entertainment.

I have thought on creating TVScape.NET website (maybe not under the same name) for over a year now. And now that the site finally goes live, maybe it's a good idea to go over some of the reasons I wanted this website, and why such website is needed.
