Tin Man mini series is real treat. At first I thought that it's a remake of the Wizard Of Oz (and remakes are usually bad idea to make in the first place), but the Tin Man is much more. And also, to my surprise, story is better than the original story of Oz, and is actually continuation of the original story, set some 50-60 years after, but much more modernized, with some elements changes including change from Oz to O.Z.

Sy-Fy mini series and original movies usually are bad, with few exceptions, and at first, I didn't expected much from The Triangle, despite the names behind it. To be honest, the only reason I have watched this episode was the name of the Rockne S. O'Bannon (mastermind behind my favorite TV series Farscape). And, as it turns out, this is really good mini series, not without flaws, but still very enjoyable and entertaining.

I'm not going again into the cancellation policies TV companies have, but canceling Invasion was a big, big mistake. But, at least they gave advanced warning to creators that managed to wrap some of the story lines by the end of the only season. Still, it ends with cliffhanger and was meant to continue on CW, but they decided not to pick it up. Series is created by Shaun Cassidy, and aired on ABC in 2005 and 2006.

This proved once again that even the great cast, top production, are simply not enough to make the successful show that will interest viewers or even touch they hearts. Maybe, too much was expected from adaptation of The Witches of Eastwick novel by John Updike to match the very good 1987 movie adaptation starring Jack Nicholson.

Amazing show, canceled by the FOX before it even got a chance. But, things like that happen each year and they happen on all US networks, and they will never learn, because they care about ONE thing only: MONEY. And that's why Keen Eddie, Life, Moonlight, New Amsterdam and other great series were canceled without getting real chance. Keen Eddie is excellent series that proved to smart for average audience.

And the island? Well, Locked (Ben to be exact) moved it. That's how season 4 ended and left us wondering about many things. And most important question is: where the hell the island has gone?! Lost writers managed to surprise all of us again with another great cliffhanger, and leave us for months waiting to find out what what's next.

Swedish writer Henning Mankell created Kurt Wallander in 1991 in the novel Faceless Killer. And so far, 10 novels and a collection of stories are published. And, so far a series of films was made in Sweden, and also a TV series, also in Sweden. But, the stories and characters also made it's way into the BBC and the latest incarnation of TV adaptations featuring great Kenneth Branagh in the role of Kurt Wallander.

And I must say that I am very, very disappointed with it, and I am not at all surprised that it was canceled due to the low ratings. Series is created by Glen Morgan and James Wong and aired on FOX in 1995 and 1996 with only one season and total of 24 episodes and ended with cliffhanger. But let's get back to the start.
