Sy-Fy mini series and original movies usually are bad, with few exceptions, and at first, I didn't expected much from The Triangle, despite the names behind it. To be honest, the only reason I have watched this episode was the name of the Rockne S. O'Bannon (mastermind behind my favorite TV series Farscape). And, as it turns out, this is really good mini series, not without flaws, but still very enjoyable and entertaining.

In 2002 Farscape finished it's fourth season, and was canceled by the SciFi channel because the series has became very expensive. But, the series supposed to have five seasons, so the story was not yet completed. And a year later due to efforts of Brian Henson, SciFi agreed to finance the miniseries or TV movie to complete the storyline. In 2004 conclusion for the Farscape sage is made and called The Peacekeeper Wars.

Cliffhanger of the season 3 of Farscape has left John Crichton all alone, and that's exactly how we find him at the start of new season aboard the old and dying leviathan few months later. He is finally getting close to the secrets of wormholes and he has a long beard. This season has more improvements in the production department and it's a real shame Sci-Fi didn't want to invest money in fifth and as planned final season.

Well, after very tragic ending and excellent cliffhanger of the season 2, Farscape is back for the thirds season and this time some things are much improved over the first seasons. There are some cast changes and some very interesting developments in the second part of the seasons ending with another amazing cliffhanger episode. Music and visual effects are better than in the first seasons, with some amazing explosions.

Farscape Season 2 improves on the concept of the first season, and expands further on the main storyline that now finally can unravel and reach full potential in following seasons. A new super villain is introduced at the end of season 1, and the show is not set. At least half of episodes in the this season are following main story line and that's biggest change from the season 1. Here is what other important changes from the first season are.

I have watched Farscape for the first time in 2004. And from back then, this unique science fiction show remains my favorite TV show ever. Even if you try, you can not really compare Farscape to any other sci-fi show, it's truly unique. Farscape is Australian show financed by the American SciFi channel (now SyFy channel). Show is created by Rockne S. O'Bannon and produced by Jim Henson Production and Hallmark Entertainment.
